MellohmTerms of Use
These terms apply to the Mellohm app and this website, published by Teoman Karataş ("we"). By using Mellohm you agree to them. If you downloaded Mellohm from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ for iOS, Apple's terms prevail as required.
1. The service
Mellohm generates soundscapes on your device for focus, relaxation and sleep, with optional characters, breathing exercises and progress features. An account (Apple, Google or email) is required to keep your progress and purchases across devices. You must be at least 13 years old to use Mellohm.

Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us about any unauthorised use. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
4. Mellohm Premium and subscriptions
- Mellohm is free to use with a limited set of features. Premium unlocks the full app and is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trials: if a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Introductory offers (such as the time-limited welcome offer) apply to the first period only, as stated in the app; after that the regular price applies.
- Cancel or manage your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Mellohm account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- "Restore purchases" in the app restores Premium on a new device signed in to the same store account.
5. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Mellohm for non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, its sounds, artwork or characters, or try to access other people's data. Sounds generated in the app are for your personal listening.
6. Intellectual property
Mellohm, Mello and all app content, design and software belong to Teoman Karataş or its licensors.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Mellohm available and improving, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue Premium, we will act fairly toward existing subscribers.
8. Liability
Mellohm is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using Mellohm and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Consumers may apply to the competent consumer arbitration committees and courts.
