Delete your Mellohm account

In the app

1. Open Mellohm and tap the profile button in the top corner to open Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. You will be asked to sign in once more (your password for email accounts, or Apple / Google).

Without the app

Email teoman.karatas59@gmail.com from the address of your account (or tell us the sign-in method you use) with the subject "Delete my Mellohm account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (email, user ID, sign-in method)
• Your profile: name, gender, age range, chosen world
• Your progress: mood check-ins, outfits, dives and discoveries, listening time, scenario edits and settings

What is kept

Purchase records may be kept by Apple, Google and our subscription provider RevenueCat for as long as the law requires (for example for tax). Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account.
